Social Kinnect - Placement

Social Kinnect will be a part of Placement Drive this year. There are 2 profiles offered.
There is a fixed remuneration of INR 18,000 per month which can be increased a little candidate to candidate basis. However, the first 2-3 months the candidate will be offered only INR 5000. 

We would be recruiting for two department openings, namely - Client servicing and Strategy. Have attached the job descriptions for both.

We have also mentioned below the recruitment procedure for your perusal. We will be taking all 3 rounds

  1. Briefing the students about Social Kinnect and their growth path
  2. Round 1 - Group discussion of all candidates interested will be held (not more than 8 candidates per GD)
  3. Round 2 - Shortlisted candidates will be given an assignment to work on
  4. Round 3 - Personal interview with the potential joinees and the CEO

I.      Job Purpose
This position is responsible for:
·         Ensuring effective executionfor the accounts assigned, efficiently managing the accounts, jointly strategizing for campaigns and client co-ordination
·         Reports generation and ensuring the same are sent out timely
·         Inter-team co-ordination to ensure deliverables are met
·         Understanding the brand thoroughly and deciding the tonality and campaign voice
·         Establishing in-depth understanding of each platform and writing innovative/ creative content based on the brand requirement and consumer insights as per the brand tonality
·         Creative visualization to decide on the look and feel of the content
·         Inter-team co-ordination to ensure deliverables are met

CUSTOMER

·         Customer Satisfaction-
- Efficiently managing the account assigned and deliver excellent customer service through correct and on time delivery of service and campaigns to the client as per the guidelines and maintaining high engagement levels for all the clients
- Delivers creative content through thorough brand understanding in terms of their digital strategy, objectives, brand tone, brand voice, etc.

PROCESSES & INNOVATION

·         Creative Brief– On receiving client requirements, preparing a descriptive client brief and a task list

·         Content ideation-Conducting competitor review, analyzing the current brand status and research on digital media trends could be used for reference to ideate on the content. Brainstorming and visualization with the design teams for better brand representation

·         Content writing-
- Write content across platforms as per the plan and continually exploring new mediums
- Ensuring content for latest happenings and trends is proactively developed
- Content for pitch presentation to prospective clients
- Write content for strategy formulation

·         Client co-ordination- Interact with clients on a daily basis for strategy and execution purposes. Attend client meetings periodically as and when required. Tactfully handle client queries and negotiate when required and demonstrate the ability to strategically push- back client if the need be

·         Calendar scheduling- Updating the content bank and scheduling the posts on the calendar on a weekly basis

·         Account Execution-
-          Execute the plan and ensuring deliverables are met. Proof-reading the content and once ready, coordinating with the design team for relevant creative for each content post and posting as per the planned calendar
-          Proactively plan for content based on the festive and marketing calendar

·         Events- Attending live events, covering the event schedule, preparing content at the event and posting the same in real time

·         Reports-
-          Preparing Job Status Reports and send it out every week. Also, preparing monthly and campaign specific reports, getting it approved and ensuring the monthly reports are sent out before the 5th of every month and others within 2 days of campaign completion.
-          Evaluating the content response periodically and taking corrective action

·         Community management- Ensuring seamless conversation on the account pages on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. to ensure goodwill of the brand is maintained

·         Strategic Inputs-Brainstorm with GAMand Design teams for strategies for brand development on social media

This position is responsible for:

·         Assisting the Strategy Head in meeting Social Kinnect’s business targets bydevising innovative strategies
·         Develop long-term relations with clients
·         Identifying leads and establishing contact
·         Handling paperwork for contractual formalities
·         Devising strategies to differentiate Social Kinnect’s solution/offerings vs. competition in turn leading to conversions
·         Identify opportunities to constantly improve the quality of thinking applied to client business
·         Working closely with the Strategy Head and CS departments to proactively develop and propose value-added ideas/ insights to drive the development and execution of interactive strategies of key accounts on a regular basis

·         Conversion- Negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions

CUSTOMER

·         Conversion-Devise innovative strategies in conjunction with the Strategy team and CS department for existing clientele whenever required

PROCESSES & INNOVATION

·         Sourcing- Cold calling, exploring opportunities via CRM, participation in associations, etc.to identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization and thereby, establish contact. Ascertain and pre-empt their needs to propose a service offering

·         Client brief- Attend meetings to receive briefs for the potential leads identified

·         Research & Internal Study-
-          Research on identifying the current status of the Digital plans of the client, industry and its competitors
-          Monitor Digital & New Media industry trends and competitor offerings to offer unique service offering as well  as to improve current offerings
-          Identifying and assessing the pros and cons of possible strategies

·         Strategy-
-          Brainstorm, ideate and develop strategy in conjunction with BD Head and Strategy team for potential mid-tier clients
-          Making presentations with the Strategy team basis the strategy formulated

·         Pitching- Accompany to deliver presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict clients’ future needs as per the strategy devised

·         Contracts-  Responsible for completion of the contractual procedures to ensure adherence to legal and compliance aspects

·         Networking-Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network

·         Reports- Submit progress reports and ensure database of the clients identified, sourced and contacted is accurately maintained and periodically submitted
