Vendor Management Lead
Work Profile:
Manage existing vendors by liaising for shortlisting/ordering new products & services and ensuring
successful completion/delivery within specified timelines.
Payments: Co-ordinating payments/accounts with vendors to ensure smooth relations with the
vendor while balancing the needs of the company.
New Vendor Addition: Identifying best of breed new vendors offering required range of
products/services.
Ensuring key benchmarks/criteria in terms of quality/features, service and price are fulfilled.
Activation of new vendors by minimizing lead times for the go-live of their services.
Deriving value out of new vendors added to ensure they add to the company's growth and vendor
management is progressing in the right direction.
Maintaining fruitful vendor relations in line with the company's objectives and creating mutual value
for all stakeholders to ensure long-term associations.
Skills:
Entrepreneurial with excellent business skills in terms of buying/selling, finance/accounts and
management.
Exceptional negotiation skills to close deals within necessary benchmarks laid out by the company.
People skills to maintain smooth relations while aligning people with the company's objectives.
Tactful to address problems and deliver constructive working solutions to them.
Any prior experience/project to demonstrate capabilities with sourcing, vendor management,
business development or sales would be a big plus.
People who can think and DO, are passionate about business/entrepreneurship,

Social Media Genius - Customer Champion
Work Profile:
Manage facebook/instagram/pinterest pages and determine what works best with a view to actively
engage fan page audience.
Generate demand via posts/uploads, provide info as responses to user comments and successfully
convert/monetize queries into transactions.
Increase the size of overall page audience. Building a large and actively engaged audience will be
essential social media goals.
Support existing customers by responding to user feedback, queries and other posts/comments by
users. Tactfully responding to negative feedback and addressing customer concerns will be required.
Incoming candidate will be the sole touch point for all customer interactions be it on website, mobile
or social media.
Skills:
Must have an in depth understanding of social media, building and engaging audiences and utilize
page analytics/insights to increase user activity.
Must possess superior communication and conversational skills, understand consumer
psyche/behavior and have the passion to solve customer problems. S/he must strive to achieve
customer delight in every customer interaction.
