- Job Description - Writing audio guides for a travel app. Building characters and writing stories to describe a given location.

- Location of the internship - Virtual Internship

- Duration - One month to two months, depending on candidate's availability and performance.

- Stipend - INR 2,000 upon successful completion of internship.

This is for an opportunity to work as a ‘Creative Writer’ with a ‘Travel Start-up’ and be part of a growing team of creative writers.Below is the Job Description and Other Details.

Position: Creative Writer

Location: Borivali West, Mumbai

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
The candidate will be responsible for researching and developing creative content for web and mobile platforms of the organisation. The writer will be part of a team and will be required to contribute to the formulation of ideas and structure of the content.

Key Functional Areas of Responsibility 
-Conceptualize, Write & Implement content for Website, Social Media and Mobile App
-Writing, Editing and proofreading Destination Content, Places Content, Suppliers Info etc. while maintaining quality standards.
-Copyedit and proofread all web and application content
-Keep current with emerging web technologies and travel trends through relevant blogs etc.
-Maintain consistent look & feel throughout the content stack by creating & maintaining standard formats, guidelines for contents and media-upload.
-Maintain, develop and execute the master content calendar for targeted markets.
-Assure web-based information is in sync with future marketing and promotional needs & of relevance to customers.
-Track and report content related issues and all site metrics.
-Suggest innovations to build rich content.
-Collaborate with key team members, freelancers and suppliers.

Job may require travelling to content destinations in the near future and the position is based in Mumbai.

Professional Skills and Qualification:
Proficient in English grammar and language skills.
Creative writing skills with a keen eye for fine details and in-depth analysis.
Familiarity with current trends and styles of writing for web, social media and mobile.
Graduate in any field. BMM and English Literature graduates preferred.
Salary Offered:
INR 18,000 to INR 22,000 per month (Depends on the candidate)
