Profile: Management Trainee
Requirement: 100
Package: 3.5 lack/annum (base salary will be 16532/-)

Location: Goa, Mumbai & Indore

Job description
1) This post includes Building new prospects and retaining customer satisfaction, building client relations
and resolving their grievances.
2) The management trainee’s role is to ensure secure handling of CRM.
3) Training will be compulsory for 45 days for which no compensation will be received or paid by the
perspective employee.
4) A compulsory 1 year bond has to be signed by both ends.

Responsibilities
1) In house selling
2) Provides long range reference services
3) Taking reasonable care of client’s queries
4) Develop, implement, maintain the records access system based on the company’s best practices
5) Maintain coordinal terms with the management and fellow mates there by using the office
equipment carefully.
6) Involves direct interaction with end-users, effective communication, and collaboration with
end-users is essential.
