Free A Billion - Internship

Unpaid Internship.

Free A Billion is a bottom-up people’s mass movement that aims to revamp India’s operating system by creating a popular demand for a new set of rules that will put us on the road to prosperity. We envision an India rooted in uncompromising respect for individual freedom in all its aspects – economic, social, religious, and political – with an open society wherefree markets under the rule of law lead to growing prosperity for all. In 2016-'17, with Mumbai as our focus, we are working to bring about much needed reforms in policy and governance. Our efforts are concentrated towards engaging with every multi-faceted individual and organisationbringing them together with a non-partisan agenda and a model of governance. This will break the existing, ineffective, systemic silos and self-defeating systems once and for all.

All confirmed interns and volunteers will undergo training on leadership, organising and action. The session design and coaching is based on Harvard Kennedy School of Government’s programme on community organizing. On completion of their stint with FAB, each student will be awarded a certificate of experience.

We have our work cut out for us and we would need all the help there is. FAB is expanding its team and we are looking for full-time and part-time interns and volunteers:
