Job description
We are looking for two (2) Marketing enthusiasts to help us take Shirsa Labs to the next level. These exciting roles will be responsible for contributing to online marketing, developing new partnerships and channels aligned with the overall organizational strategy. Following is a brief of the 2 profiles:
1. Business development focused key responsibilities:
a. Getting signed agreements with online educational games, videos and other content creators for collaborating and publishing their products on Planet of Gui
b. Getting signed agreements with children product companies such as toys, DIY kits etc. for collaborating and publishing their products on our E-store.
2. Online focused key responsibilities:
a. Promoting Shirsa Labs, its products, activities etc. through various social media tools. Handling Shirsa's FB, Twitter and LinkedIn profiles.
b. Assist on SEO, online campaigns etc.
Fixed Remuneration - INR 18,000 - 22,000 depending on the candidate's demonstrated skills & academic performance
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong presentation, communication and relationship-building skills
Entrepreneurial mindset, including being self-starting and comfortable with autonomy.
Must be flexible, diplomatic and resourceful with excellent critical thinking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment, and experience working within a cross-functional team is a plus.

Individualistic thinking misaligned with organizational needs
Hesitation in questioning assumptions and clarifying doubts
