Designation - Assistant Manager – Business Development


We are seeking a candidate who is Creative, talented, knowledgeable, and well versed in writing and verbal communication in English.

v  Salary Offered: Rs.20,000/- to Rs. 50,000/- per month.


v  Joining Bonus of min Rs. 50000/- at completion of 1 Year.

v  Quarterly Incentives of upto Rs. 50000/-.


Job Description:
 ·         Client Acquisition & Business Generation: Follow-up on the Leads as well as post- meeting follow-up to acquire the new clients, sign-up empanelment agreements, get fresh business for the targeted positions.
·         Achieve Business Targets: Achieve the pre-agreed business targets for the new clients, and level and quality of fresh business.
·         Lead generation and lead management. Research and Generate Leads
·         Reporting: Ensure regular MIS / Reporting of daily business development activities and progress to the top management as per the company norms and defined formats.
·         Follow-up with the Business Development Executives and guide them and help them improve their
·         Develop the overall sales strategy, operational and organisational plan for sales team.
·         Excellent network builds and maintains strong and lasting business relationships with colleagues, clients and possesses the ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues


Desired Profile:


·         Graduate from any stream.
·         Some exposure to CRM and Project Management tools will be preferred but not mandatory
·         Excellent oral and written communication skills.
·         Proficient in Microsoft Office
·         Ability to work under pressure & targets
·         Must be self-motivated and a go-getter.
