Title: - Research Intern

About the Company: - The company is an upcoming product and gifting design brand operating out of Mumbai, India. It’s an early startup, with an aim to start a chain of retail stores.

About the Internship: - Interns will be involved in searching and gathering required information. The research will include extensive use of internet, existing research reports, news and research articles to collect the required information. 

Duties and Responsibilities:-

Specific duties include, but may not be limited to: -

·         Collect data from various sources (Google, existing research reports, News articles, etc.)

·         Searching and gathering the required information in a specified format.

·         Conduct specific web search/ market research as per the directions provided by seniors.

·         Provide assistance and support to seniors as and when required.

·         Using appropriate research methodologies and techniques

·         Analyzing, interpreting the findings.

·         Making reports, giving insights on the information collected.

·         Making PowerPoint presentations as and when required.

·         Other research special projects as needed.

·         Should be able to adhere to set timelines.

·         Use strong verbal telephone communication skills to gather information.

Skills Required:-

• Graduate ( Freshers/ Experienced will do)
• Candidate must be proficient with numbers and must be computer savvy.
• Good communication skills ( verbal, written) 
• Analytical ( Someone who can interpret and filter the data as per requirement) 
• Good web search skills.
• Basic MS Office skills are required. Advance MS office skills would be an advantage. 
• Ability to take ownership of assigned project from start to finish.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Organized, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines a must
• The ability to work well under pressure

This is a paid internship and the student will be paid 7.5k per month to begin with which will be later increased on the basis of his/her performance. They might also be absorbed by the company for a full-time role in few months time.
