What We're Building

Hashtag Loyalty is a universal digital loyalty program which helps SMB’s turn transactions to relationships enabling them to engage and to bring back their customers more often. By giving the traditional loyalty program a digital makeover, we have extended its utility - giving you targeted marketing tools, real-time customer insights & analytics and a feedback management system. Consumers use one card / app to earn and redeem rewards everywhere they go, to discover new places and to manage their loyalty memberships.

We currently cater to businesses in the Food & Beverage (Restaurants, Cafes etc.), Salon & Spa , Entertainment (Theaters, Gaming etc.), Fitness (Eg. Yoga Studios, Football Arenas etc) and will be entering the Retail Industry shortly.

Job Description

Area Sales & Operations Manager plays a key role in process of on boarding & engaging merchants to use Hashtag Loyalty’s products & help users and merchants derive maximum value from it.

Responsibilities:

1. Revenue responsibility of a geographical area within a city.

2. Managing the team to handle end-to-end client relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/invoicing, payment collection and troubleshooting.

3. Allocating leads, tracking and monitoring the work of each team member along with ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of their work.

4. Acquiring and managing critical client accounts which have higher degree of complexity in terms of client servicing.

5. This is a field role that requires intra-city travel to meet prospects.


6. Ideate and develop different ways to market the product both in store and online. 7. Serve as a subject matter expert on the product and general industry.

Requirements:

1. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English as well as the local language. 

2. Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and has the ability to multi-task.

3. Very high ethical standards.

4. Adaptive and flexible in order to keep up with the competitive start-up environment.

 5. High EQ.

6. Hungry, determined and self-motivated individuals with a positive outlook. 

7. A passion for tech, creative ideas, and getting shit done.

8. Prior experience in sales would be a bonus.
Compensation

Annual Package: Rs. 180,000 Rs. 240,000

(Reassessment of package post 3-month probation period resulting in incremental increase in salary, equity compensation or both. Additionally, there will be performance assessment conducted every 6 months resulting in salary bumps.)
