Role: Market Research & Analysis

Description: The role will include surveying the Real Estate Market in Mumbai with the objective of identifying macro trends and focusing on 1 or 2 major areas of study such as market research on Investor behaviour, Company Analysis, Big Data and micro – market related supply and vacancy

Key Deliverables: Collection of Primary data basis the project topic given, presentation of the data, findings and analysis.

The Interns would have 2 months to work out of our JLL office, under the guidance of their project mentor and conduct primary research on the topic given. Thereafter we would give them exactly one month post the internship to get their projects in order and make a presentation to our Management on their findings and the analysis done.

Stipend will be INR 5,000/month.

Based on the students projects and also the quality of submissions we will offer the best students pre placement interviews and if they are successful then a full time role with JLL in May 2017.
