Analyst – Core Team Member

Purpose of the role

As a member of the core team, the individual will work with founders and focus on Client Servicing, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Strategy etc.

Duties & Responsibilities

Work as a core team member with the aim of growing the business. This includes –

ü  Working on overall strategy of the company including geographic and product line diversification, fund raise, etc.
ü  Focus on Sales to HNI’s and UHNI’s through direct means, affiliate programs etc.
ü  Manage relationships with existing UHNI clients.
ü  Work on all marketing activities including but not limited to Digital, DM’s, Affiliates, PR, Advertising etc.
ü  Work on Operations including learning how to create efficiencies
ü  Ensure overall growth of the company

Skills Required

ü  Good time management and planning skills
ü  Good interpersonal and presentation skills
ü  Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
ü  Able to meet multiple project deadlines and demonstrate good attention to detail
ü  Experience in communicating multi-culturally
ü  Able to demonstrate an understanding of the needs of the customer.
ü  Able to work individually as well as part of a team
ü  Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
ü  Travelling required

Educational Qualifications

BMS/BMM/B.Sc/B.A./B.A.F/B.B.I/BCom

Prior work experience

Fresher are welcome – given they are ambitious, entrepreneurial and extremely hardworking
