Probably you would be aware that Edelweiss does not declare the roles in campus. That is because we believe in giving all round exposure to the young talent. Keeping in mind that we want to groom these people into leaders, we would be giving them rotational stints/ cross functional projects with various businesses in the organization. These stints or projects would be across Digital marketing, Investments and asset management, project Management, to name a few. Last year, we gave the EAPs the opportunity to choose where do they want to be placed after their induction was over, which was successful and much appreciated by the group.
Keeping our plan of development and engagement in mind, you would be able to appreciate on why we cannot restrict the potential of this talent through JDs.

The Fixed Remuneration offered to an EAP would be 3 lakhs CTC
Placement process is as follows :
1. Pre-placement talk
2. Aptitude test
3. Group Discussion
4. Personal Interview
Interested candidates must be seated in 5E at 9:10 am sharp. Carry extra copies ( 5 copies ) of your CV along with 2 photographs. Also, carry your Placement Cell Membership Card.
