JOB DESCRIPTION:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:

3 Dimensional Profile; Involves 3 core competencies
1) Marketing
 Strategize marketing efforts
 Identification and Segregation of potential Market Segments
 Develop relevant advertisements, sales collaterals and business proposals
 Determine targeted pitch for each client segment
2) Business Development
 Make compelling proposals in response to incoming enquiries
 Conduct interactive demos through web conferences
 Negotiate commercials, agreement terms and close the deal
 Proactively and strategically initiate contact with newly discovered potentials
3) Account Management
 Conduct training sessions for clients through web conferences
 Build reports to analyze data and consistently increase revenue
 Study client’s existing technology / systems and consult them on the most appropriate process, to ensure seamless integration of our solution
 Provide commercial, marketing and strategic support
 Become the commercial liaison and provide necessary assistance on escalated or urgent issues

SALES ASSOCIATE:


 Responsible for Sales and Business Development of entire range of IT products
 Develop a robust pipeline leading to the achievement of assigned quotas
 Create proposals and quotations in response to RFQ`s
 Coordinate and engage necessary resources - sales, operations, and marketing teams
 Sustain accurate forecasting
 Periodic planning of Sales parameters i.e., forecast & review monthly targets in terms of sell in, sell-out & collections
 Convincing clients for Web hosting and Web development services

Desired skills and experience
 Graduate/ Post Graduate from any stream (Marketing preferred)
 Experience- 0 to 1 years (Preferably in Sales).
 Should be willing to work in rotational shifts
 Good oral & written communication skills
 Excellent analytical skills
 Good Team Player
 Ability to complete large volumes of work quickly and independently
 High level of drive, initiative and self-motivation
 Avid internet user, with strong inclination towards technology
 Familiarity with Internet search industry preferred
 Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office

WEB SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST:


As a Web Solutions Specialist with Endurance, you will be the company's first point of contact with its entire client base, determining problems or difficulties encountered with our products and resolving them.
Location(s): Mumbai

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Troubleshooting, Resolving all Technical issues related to our software and the range of Products and Services it provisions
2. Interacting with clients via. Live chat, Web-based systems, On line forums and Telephone to resolve their problems and gather feedback
3. Testing & Analysis of all products & services
4. Identifying any bugs/issues in the system and assisting in their resolution
5. Recording, tracking and reporting problem activity
6. Building Strategies to improve efficiency, profitability and quality of service
7. Reviewing existing Product/Feature documentation; publish documentation in internal Knowledge bases

DETAILED REQUIREMENTS
1. Must be customer-focused, and willing to do whatever it takes to resolve customer issue
2. Strong customer interaction skills and ability to work in a variety of customer situations
3. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
4. Ability to solve complex problems quickly, inventively and resourcefully
5. Good working knowledge of computers and the Internet; strong ability to develop new skills
