Remuneration:

Base: 2,40,000
Bonus(Upon achieving KRA): 30,000
Travel allowance:
- National: 1,20,000
- International: 3,00,000

KRA: INR 18,00,000 in revenue

Incentive structure (After KRA)

0-5 lakh - 5%
5-10 lakh - 7.5%
10-50 lakh - 10%
50 lakh onwards - 20 %

Aufklaren Event Management is an education & event management company started by the youth for the youth and of the youth. Everyone in the company is between the age group of 16-24. As the tag line suggests, our primary contentious goal is to touch upon every young mind, to work on youth empowerment drives, to abandon old fashioned conferences and work towards smarter strategic plans. 

Aufklaren Event Management is an LLP initiated by college students in the year 2011. So what makes Aufklaren Event Management different from any other company is the constant flow of fresh ideas and thriving

Education-

1) Indian International MUN

With India touted to be one of the leading candidates to become the next super power by the pundits, there has never been more need for young leaders. Youth represents the Modern India, young mindsets, young

visions and new perceptions. There is a great burst in the youth to be more effective and involved in social issues. The youth today feels anurge to speak up, to stand by itself and its beliefs and ideals. Here, the Indian International Model United Nations is trying to create platforms to bring the youth forward by providing the youth a responsible medium to put forth their ideas. Model United Nations is an academic simulation of

the UN where students don the hats of diplomats and try to solve global issues.

Indian International Model United Nations (IIMUN) is one of the India’s leading brands in education conference management having organized Asia’s Largest Youth Conference in Mumbai amongst many other

conferences. Being a conference for the youth by the youth, it is run completely by students in age group of 16-24 years. It provides the youth a platform to voice their opinions by forwarding their drafted resolutions

to the United Nations. It is also the first MUN in Asia to have its own procedure. The events organized by IIMUN have been attended or supported by noted luminaries like Hon. UN Secretary General Mr. Ban-Ki-Moon, Hon. UN Under Secretary General Mr. Peter Launsky, Hon.

Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri Pritviraj Chavan, Hon. Union Minister of Agriculture, Shri Sharadchandra Govindrao Pawar, National Film Award winner, Mr. Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra and Mr. Subhash

Ghai, CEO of Future Group, Mr. Kishore Biyani, Dance Maestro Mr. Shaimak Davar, National Information Officer of United Nations Information Centre, Mr. Rajiv Chandran, Actors, Vir Das, Mr. Cyrus Broacha, Mr. Leslie Lewis and many more.

This conference which began in the year 2012 in its 1st year went on to  host a record 1078 delegates which made it India’s Largest Model United Nations Conference. In 2013, the conference the conference went on to 

host 1900+ students making it Asia’s Largest Model United Nations Conference. Apart from the main conference, IIMUN organizes 12 smaller conferences across the country, and is aiming to go international 

very soon.

 2) Ivy League Model United Nations India (A joint project between University of Pennslyvania & Aufklaren)

After 29 successful sessions in Philadelphia and 2 in China, this conference has finally expanded to India. This conference which is a property of the International Affairs Association of UPENN held its first conference in New Delhi. Aufklaren is responsible for its marketing, 

public relations, financial management and allied activities in the sub continent.
