We here at Stockwatch Securities Private Limited are working in conjunction with NDTV Profit to launch the 2nd season of our weekly Business Talk Show called "The Connect". For this we are actively looking our for Interns, who can assist us in the execution of the talk show.

About ‘Business Talk Show’

The Business Talk Show is a platform for companies to connect with the 20 million audience of NDTV Profit. The aim is to invite the top management of companies who consistently outperform but need to upscale their visibility in the market for a Business Talk Discussion. This will provide you an opportunity to reach out to the desired target audience, create awareness about the new products and offerings, and reach out to a larger audience across the country.

Job Description for the post of Business Development Intern 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 The intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment 

 Make daily sales calls to generate leads for the company 

 Pitch potential companies through in-person meetings, cold calls and networking events 

 Assist in liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues and other stakeholders of the company 

 Attend industry networking events, exhibitions, seminars, conferences & act as a custodian of the company 

 He should maintain good relationships with the company’s clients through regular phone contact, e-mails or through personal contacts

 Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office Excel, Word and Powerpoint 

 Maintain an accurate daily report of all the marketing/sales activities 

KEY SKILLS:

 Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations

 Excellent verbal & written communication skills and the ability to communicate with clients and partners 

 Exercises independent judgment i.e. Self-starter, Problem- solver 

SCHUDELE & COMPENSATION:

 Candidate must be able to commit to at least 2 months

  Trainee will be paid according to the performance & pro-activeness; working hours will be 10:30 AM to evening 6:30 PM  ( Can be worked out based on lectures )

Kindly note: A prior notice to be given, in case of any college commitments 

REMUNERATION:

 The eligible candidate would be given a stipend of Rs.5000/- per month
