About the Internship:
The selected intern(s) will work on following during the internship:
· Shadow the founders for sales pitch at various Institutes
· On-board new institutes by introducing and explaining the FacultyConnect platform to them - guiding them about how to use the platform and constantly following up with them to generate demand
· Identify new institutes and work along with the sales head to develop a strategy, target the institutes with our pitch and get them enrolled
· The intern would get an opportunity to be a part of the complete life-cycle i.e. lead generation to lead closure including pitching, negotiation and trouble shooting
· The intern would also be a part of the digital marketing activities
· Work on Targeted Faculty enrollment and increase the Faculty database based on methodology provided by our team
Who can apply?
Graduates or/and Post Graduates (MBAs) looking for summer internships, possessing the following skills:
· Go-getter attitude
· Good negotiation & Presentation skills
· Prior experience in sales will be a plus point
· Demonstrate ability to work independently
· Open to travel within Mumbai

Start Date: 22 February 2016 | Duration: 8 weeks
Compensation Structure:
· Fixed component of Rs. 6000 + field visit travel expenses to be borne by the company
· Performance linked incentive of Rs. 10,000 on generation of first 15 orders, plus Rs 1,000 for every order thereafter
· On achievement of 50 orders, intern will get a PPI opportunity by FacultyConnect
