The interns from various colleges will be given live projects related to any/all of the below, as per their skills and maturity. The projects will be assigned once they report to the job.
Outline of the project and basic details are as follows:

1) ONLINE MARKETING
- devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
- tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website. - developing and managing online marketing campaigns.

2) EMAIL MARKETING & DATABASE MARKETING
- supporting the team in email campaign response management. - analysing email replies and categorizing them as per the process. - assist in managing the databases.

3) INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
- refining core messaging to ensure organizational consistency in all aspects of communication including development.
- assisting in editing, designing, and printing internal publications.
- publishing timely company information, such as memos and company directives. 4) CORPORATE

COMMUNICATIONS & PUBLIC RELATIONS
- copyediting, proofreading, and revising external communications.
- liaising with and answering enquiries from media, individuals and other organisations, often via telephone and email.
- identifying, developing and execute communications strategy for key media contacts and customer references.

5) LEAD GENERATION & LEAD DISTRIBUTION
- generating qualified leads for the sales teams as per the target (daily, weekly & monthly).
- generating leads via outbound cold-calling, online research, social media, databases, etc
- prospecting leads received through various sources.
- fielding inbound calls and leads from various sources.
- distributing qualified leads as per the process.

6) PRE-SALES & SALES SUPPORT
- providing pre-sales support (including calls and emails). - updating the crm software and/or spreadsheets.
- working across all departments to ensure smooth operations of sales & marketing. - providing administrative support to the marketing team as required.

7) TALENT ACQUISITION
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
- Review and understand job requirement requirements
- Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
- The end result needs to be the presentation of employ-able and qualified candidates for positions in various industries and for job roles technology and non technology skills.

8) INTERNET RESEARCH AND DATABASE
- Research new technologies
- Create detailed job descriptions
- Follow up with candidates
- Create an MIS and database for the live recruitment assignments which will eventually result smooth talent acquisition process.

Openings are for both Summer Internship and Normal Internship

Stipend Provided :
  • 6k per month for full time (8-9 hours)
  • 3k per month for partime (5-6 hours)
