JOB DESCRIPTION OF MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Business Development team with mailings, prospecting

• Researching targeted prospects to carry our brands as well as working with existing clients to get reorders

• Researching security services  trends through internet, magazine and other media outlets

• Recommend changes to processes to reduce costs and/or to improve service.

• Assist to exceed sales and profit budgets.

• Assisting Business Development team in selling appointments and researching new selling opportunities

• Assist in creating B2B messages for email communication

• Keys in related selling and generates a related selling report

• Reaching out to clients by phone, email and pitching of our services

• Handling other responsibilities and projects, as assigned

• Search for new market possibilities for the company and expand the Market base of the company

• Other general duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Pursuing a degree in  marketing or business studies is preferred

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information

• Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required. 

Excellent negotiation skills

Stipend: Rs 5000 per month + benefits

Location: Lotus Corporate Park, Goregaon
