Gandhi Fellowship Program - Placement

Gandhi Fellowship Program is  looking to recruit potential nation builders of our country who are looking for an opportunity to bring about INNER and OUTTER change. The inner change is how you can discover yourself, how you can understand your potential, how you can grow in terms of skills & knowledge and lastly, how you can identify your private dream and impact a million lives by building a career around it.

The outer change is how you develop your surroundings, your stakeholders, the community with the objective of bringing about sustainable and visible development for both: public school systems and the quality of learning.

Gandhi Fellowship is one of the four CSR initiatives run by the Piramal group working with the Education sector of the country with a focus on empowering the youth of the nation. It is partnered with Kaivalya Education Foundation and organizations including: Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, UNICEF, USAID, State Government of Maharashtra, Ashoka India, Echoing Green, Harvard Graduate School of Education, New York University and more.

Gandhi Fellowship is a 2 year fully residential Leadership Development Program that aims to guide talented youth to actively engage with solving the myriad problems plaguing the country today. With this goal, Gandhi Fellowship creates a genre of nation builders having gone through the 2 years leadership curriculum.

It is an intensive 2-years program that helps the young leaders in developing the key skills necessary to cause disproportionate positive change in the society. The Fellowship challenges these young people to support primary school headmasters to transform their schools. In the process, Fellows discover what they want to do with their own lives and how to go about converting their ideas into reality.

We operate in 3 states: Maharashtra, Gujarat and Rajasthan. It’s a fully residential program which mean your house, cook, transportation, network connection, internet connectivity is all taken care of. There is a monthly stipend on Rs. 14,000 (divided in two halves) and a chance to become the CEO of your own organization at the end of the 2 years fellowship with investments from Piramal Foundation of upto 20 lakhs.”

This is a great learning opportunity as well as a program that will not only build you as a leader but also as person who is not sure about the right direction or path you are inclined towards. It will be a good chance To get on ground exposure and convert your theories into practical using the platform as a laboratory for your ideas. This program will give you an opportunity to test these ideas, design projects with the need of the hour and finally implement them on ground.
