Time: 9.30 am

Class to be announced soon

Dear All,

We are thrilled to invite students from your college to the 2016 KPMG Campus Ambassador Program. The program offers a unique platform to the campus ambassadors for making a difference and achieving their full potential by:

· Learning new skills

· Interacting with new people

· Building self-confidence

· Experiencing the corporate world

· Living their vision

It brings together a world of intriguing projects, terrific mentors, great networking opportunities and a chance to begin exciting careers in KPMG. You will be pleased to know that from the last year’s program, several campus ambassadors were made offers for interesting career opportunities in the firm.

Who can participate?

The program is open for 2nd year students of the 3 year full time all Bachelors courses in your college.

How does it work?

Once your college has agreed to participate in the program, registration will be opened for eligible 2nd year students for the program, post a roadshow at your campus. Students will undergo a detailed evaluation process with KPMG. Thereafter the program will run for 9 months from January to September 2016.

What is the structure of the program and what are the expectations from the college?

The program will be coordinated by KPMG and all costs for it will be borne by the firm. The KPMG’s campus ambassadors will not face any challenges in their academic and extracurricular activities during their tenure. Since there are a number of activities which cannot be executed in the college by KPMG, we will require help from the campus. We recommend setting-up a committee headed by a faculty member and consisting of last year’s campus ambassadors to help us coordinate the program on campus and oversee the registration process. KPMG will provide full support to them through a number of ways. The structure of the program is as follows:

1. Registrations: Interested 2nd year students of the 3 year full time Bachelors course will need to fill this form for registerations http://goo.gl/forms/xhdoR7IL8p

2. Evaluation Process: KPMG will conduct group discussions ( optional ) and personal interviews on campus followed by a self- video contest.

3. Result Declaration: Names of students selected as KPMG’s campus ambassadors will be declared at a gala ceremony hosted jointly for all campuses participating in the program.
