Role/ Job Description:

Position Title:CA Article Trainee

Major Responsibilities and deliverables:
-Regular interaction with large scale Banking and Financial Services clients

-Develop product and business process understanding documents

-Co-develop Audit work programs/ checklists and conduct independent testing

-Research new developments, practices and regulations in the Banking and
Financial Services domain

-Prepare Audit reports to be reviewed by Seniors

-Provide active support to ongoing Banking and Financial Services Internal/
Concurrent Audit engagements

-Specific people will also be considered for hedge accounting, BASEL II
related advisory and Treasury advisory.

Skills Required:
-Strong academic background

-Confident, decisive and pro-active

-Willingness to learn and build technical expertise

-Good presentation and communication skills

-Team player who can also work very independently

-Able to gather information and analyze problems

-Ability to balance work and academic commitments

-Strong principles and value system

Qualifications Required:
-Appeared for or completed CA IPCC.

Career Path:
-Progress to an advisory role either in the BASEL/ Solvency space or the
treasury advisory space

-Lead client engagement or segments of client engagements
