ROLE DESCRIPTION

Role:   Processor-Operations

Function: OSSI and C&IB Operations India

Reports to:  Process Manager

Grade: 2 (Analyst corporate title)

Purpose of the role:  

This role is responsible for processing the daily volumes to meet the SLAs as defined in the service schedule and ensure the basic criteria are adhered to. These include, but are not limited to, the following:

 Ensure timely and accurate closure of assigned tasks and activities

 Perform all functions in line with internal and external targets

 Ensure queries are investigated accurately and raised with the relevant parties without delay and escalate where needed

 Review manual or ineffective processes which could be automated, or enhanced, to enable the provision of superior client support

 Build and maintain key relationships with colleagues across Operations and Front Office

 Ensure zero error rates through accuracy and controls adherence

 Continuous process improvement

 Good level of understanding with regards to Risk & Control

 Investigate root cause of issues, discrepancies and strive to prevent its recurrence through various initiatives

 Understand and follow the escalation matrix and levels both internally and externally.

 Assisting to respond to ad-hoc queries and from key WCRS stakeholders

Probably you would be aware that Edelweiss does not declare the roles in campus. That is because we believe in giving all round exposure to the young talent. Keeping in mind that we want to groom these people into leaders, we would be giving them rotational stints/ cross functional projects with various businesses in the organization. Tacto is a digital product development company launching a fashion styling platform in January 2016. We have 2 internship opportunities that we'd like to share with qualified students from your reputed institution. As interns, the selected students will help our team launch and market our product over the next few months, with an option to get hired full-time and continue working with us.

Our product allows consumers to digitize their closets and get recommendations from leading apparel brands via celebrity stylists and influencers. We believe that the selected interns will enjoy the experience of glamour and lifestyle while being exposed to various real-world tasks and challenges such as:
  • Event Management
  • Curation & Creative Services
  • Marketing & Sales
  • Business Development
We are located here, adjacent to Phoenix Mills at Lower Parel near Lower Parel (Western line) railway stations. It will be convenient for the interns to commute to and fro from your campus.

We intend to at least offer prorated stipends of Rs. 3,000 per month for part-day internship with a minimum commitment of 3 months. This will be doubled if they choose to work full-day with us during the winter break. We may offer a higher stipend based on the seniority of the student and any previous experience/exposure.

Our office hours are 10am to 7pm and they can choose to work at our offices either in the first half or second.

    • Research online and in magazines trends in the fashion space
    • Categorise trends based on demographics, location, gender, personas, etc..

    • Brainstorm marketing strategies for both online and offline mediums
    • Coordinate and ensure operational execution

    • Shadow our marketing head and make calls to prospective fashion labels
    • Build our customer database and populate it with relevant information
