We are based out ofAndheri East and are looking to hire graduates in our Treasury Sales team.

· Designation: Analyst
· Department: Treasury Sales
· Profile: Business Development, Cold Calling, Lead Generation and Prospect Advisory. It will also be a client facing role (attending client meetings with the Advisory team)
· Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Half days on alternate Saturday)
· Joining Date: As soon as possible. However, we can work around the dates
· Salary: INR 18,000 – 20,000 gross monthly + Other incentives

Role Description
·   Incumbent will be responsible for calling up clients and arranging meetings with CFOs and MDs of leading SMEs, MSMEs and listed exporters and importers.  References may be used, as and when necessary.
·   Incumbent will be involved in pitching relevant Forex consulting, risk management software, and trade finance services to prospective clients.
·   Incumbent will have to keep himself/herself abreast of all the news related to the currency market to advise the corporate clients regarding their Forex transactions and/or positions.
·   Incumbent will have to achieve revenue targets allotted to him/her.
·   Incumbent would also be a part of the company’s Innovation team for helping the Company reach newer heights.
·   The Profile is a mix of Client Acquisition and Client Advisory. All candidates will get thorough training on all subject matters and sales. Travelling within Mumbai and outstation for client meetings will be an integral part of the daily routine.

Experience / Eligibility & Skill Set Required
·   Candidates should have work-experience of sales with financial services industry, preferably with FX markets or financial services advisory business, or you should have done their internship(s) with prominent financial consulting firms or banks.
·   Candidate should be confident and proactive in setting up and attending corporate meetings (through cold calls or references) with CFOs and MDs of top 500 companies in FX and Risk Management Practices.
·   Candidate should have an excellent MS Office skills and a passion for sales and strong knowledge of finance.
·   Candidate should be well conversant with financial terms and expected to know basic terms on FX markets, options etc.
·   Candidate should have a good command in economics and should be able to write and talk on macroeconomic indicators with clients confidently.
·   Candidate should have basic knowledge on corporate finance, security analysis, options, forwards, futures etc.
·   Candidate should be proactive and should be willing to travel frequently across the country for 2-3 days a week.
