How many people are we looking for? Numbers in individual Job Descriptions; we're going to 11 colleges, and will recruit those total numbers from that pool

When do we want them? At 3 times:

• Now: We have freelancers who work with us part time; this is flexible in terms of total time spent and working hours
• In winter: Regular (short) internship
• In summer 2016: Regular (long) internship

Why do people who like working with us like to work with us? 

• The work is good; there is guidance

• We are located in Mumbai, but have worked with multiple part timers and full timers in Delhi; we make long distance work
